Richard A. Havey, CFA
Managing Director
Dick Havey is a senior investment professional and relationship manager with 27 years of experience in equity analysis, as well as money market, fixed-income, and balanced portfolio management. Dick joined Atlantic Trust in 1999, coming from Norwest Investment Management & Trust. At Norwest, Dick was a senior portfolio manager for nearly 15 years. He began his career with Marine Bank, serving as a portfolio manager and equity analyst. Dick is a past president and director of the CFA Society of Colorado and a member of the CFA Institute. He earned his Bachelor of Science in finance at the University of Illinois at Champaign and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Cary R. Chapman, CFA
Senior Vice President
Cary Chapman is a senior investment professional and client relationship manager with 17 years of professional experience creating complex, customized portfolio solutions for clients. He is also a member of the Atlantic Trust Multi-Manager Investment Committee. Cary joined Atlantic Trust from Rocky Mountain Wealth advisors, LLC, which he established as a new registered investment advisory firm servicing foundations, endowments and high-net-worth individuals and families. Prior to this position, he directed the due diligence and manager selection process for Curian Capital, LLC, a Colorado-based registered investment advisor. Cary currently serves as the board president of a 400-unit Denver housing community for the aging. Cary earned his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is also a member of the Denver Society of Security Analysts and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Wanda G. Colburn
Managing Director
Wanda Colburn is a senior client development professional and an Invesco director, leading the business development, marketing, and public relations initiatives for Atlantic Trust's Denver office. Wanda has more than 25 years of experience in meeting the investment management, trust, and estate needs of high-net-worth families. Before joining Atlantic Trust in 2001, she was with Mellon Private Asset Management, where she was responsible for new client development in their Denver office. Prior to Mellon, Wanda spent 12 years with Norwest Investment Management and Trust developing private client business in the Colorado region. Wanda serves as a board member of Colorado Uplift. She is currently a member of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council and served as past president of the Denver Estate Planning Council and the American Lung Association of Colorado. Wanda earned a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University graduating cum laude with university honors and is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of Marketing at Louisiana State University.

Lisa M. Douglas, CFP®, CTFP
Associate Vice President
Lisa Douglas is a project analyst in the Denver office with 18 years experience. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 2005, she was a relationship manager for Wells Fargo Private Client Services and also worked as a trust administrator. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in health sciences from California State University. She is also a Certified Financial Planner along with a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor. Lisa's community involvement includes being the past president and secretary of the Southern California Trust Officers Association and the secretary of STAAFF - Stop the Abuse Against Families Foundation. Lisa is currently an active board member of the Kempe Foundation Alliance in Denver.

H. Arthur Graper, CFA, CFP®
Managing Director
Art Graper is a senior relationship manager who specializes in advising clients in the development, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive wealth management strategies. Art joined Atlantic Trust in 2005 and has 15 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Art was a principal with Harris myCFO, Inc., where he provided coordinated services in investment advisory, tax planning, and compliance, estate planning and implementation, philanthropic counseling, expense management, and reporting and risk management. Art is a Certified Public Accountant and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council and is a board member and treasurer of the Denver Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University, graduating cum laude with university honors, and earned a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver.

Nancy Kalasky
Associate
Nancy Kalasky is an executive assistant with eight years of industry experience. In this role she provides support for senior investment professionals and wealth strategists in the Denver office. She also handles all alternative investment subscriptions and tax work for the area. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 2006, she worked as an executive assistant at America Online and previously as an executive assistant at the University of Colorado Foundation.

Jennifer A. Mader
Associate Vice President
Jennifer Mader is the office manager in Atlantic Trust's Denver location. Her responsibilities include facility management, coordination of office administration and supporting senior professionals. Previously, she served as an executive assistant and a portfolio assistant. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1998, she served as the coordinator of safety, security and training as well as accounting associate at NationsWay Transportation Service. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Management summa cum laude at Metropolitan State College of Denver. She is a volunteer with the Jefferson Foundation in the Second Wind Race/Walk for the Prevention of Teen Suicide.

Alison Maelzer
Senior Associate
Alison Maelzer is an executive assistant in Atlantic Trusts Denver office with over 10 years of industry experience. In this role she works to ensure that the office's Business Development efforts operate smoothly and efficiently. In addition to her responsibilities as executive assistant, she also coordinates and organizes the marketing activities for the Denver market. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, she held positions as an administrative assistant and office manager for Oakwood Homes and in sales at Helzberg Diamonds.

J. Kent Nossaman, Jr.
Managing Director
Kent Nossaman is a senior client relationship manager with 20 years of professional experience providing sophisticated income, gift and estate tax consulting, and financial planning services to business owners, corporate executives, professional athletes, and families. He advises clients in the development, implementation, and monitoring of customized wealth management solutions. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 2005, Kent was a managing director of Harris myCFO. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and business from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Donald C. Ogle, CFA

Don Ogle is a senior relationship manager with 25 years of capital markets experience, including equity fund management. Don joined Atlantic Trust in 2004 from Mellon Private Wealth Management, where he served as director of portfolio management in the Denver office. Previously, he directed state investment activities for Wells Fargo in Colorado and Bank One Investment Advisors in Colorado and Kentucky. Don earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign and a Master of Science in taxation from Colorado State University. He is Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.

Lauren A. Palladino

Lauren Palladino is an investment associate in Atlantic Trust's Denver office, where she works closely with investment professionals. In this role, Lauren supports relationship managers, prepares meeting materials and provides comprehensive oversight and analysis on client accounts. Lauren joined Atlantic Trust in 2006 after working as a client associate at Laird Norton Tyee where she was responsible for account and trust administration. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in pre-law magna cum laude from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. Lauren is also a member of the Kempe Foundation.

Jeanene P. Smith

Jeanene Smith is a senior client service manager with 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. In this role she ensures high quality service by assisting clients with account oversight, cash transactions, and other administrative tasks. Before joining the firm in 2008, she worked as a client service manager at The Milestone Group, where she was responsible for providing personalized client service to a large number of high net worth families. Jeanene earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and completed Cannon Financial Trust School.

Linda R. Woltkamp, ChFC

Linda Woltkamp is a senior client administration manager in the Denver office with 25 years experience in the investment management and financial services industry. Her areas of expertise include operations, compliance, investments, and client service. Before joining Atlantic Trust in 2003, she spent 13 years associated with a Denver financial planning firm dedicated to the needs of high- net- worth clients. After establishing and operating a financial software consulting firm for five years, she joined a local asset management group as operations and compliance manager where she established a new Broker/Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor for that firm. She is a graduate of Kansas State University and obtained her Chartered Financial Consultant designation (ChFC) from the American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa. She has attended Cannon Trust Schools and is working towards the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor certification (CTFA). She has volunteered extensive time to Meals on Wheels, ACS Relay for Life and several mentoring programs.

W. Brant Houston, CFA

Brant Houston joined Atlantic Trust in 2007 as an analyst on the Disciplined Equity strategy. His coverage includes financials, healthcare and materials. He has 11 years of industry experience and worked in various investment and analytical roles at Geronimo Financial, Nicholas Applegate Capital Management and Wilshire Associates prior to joining Atlantic Trust. Brant holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Colorado. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Masters of Business Administration and California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance.

Chris Linder
Vice President
Chris Linder is an analyst in the Denver office. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he worked for Strong Capital Management and Lockheed Martin. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. He is a CFA Level III Candidate.

Lance Marr
Associate Vice President
As an equity analyst, Lance Marr provides research and analytical support for the Master Limited Partnership (MLP) Strategy and he serves as a member of the Proprietary Investment Committee. He now has eight years of industry experience and prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 2007, he served as a finance manager at Western Union and consultant at Reuters. His background includes stints as a financial researcher at Standard & Poor's and a financial analyst at Union Pacific. Lance earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Black Hills State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 3 Candidate. He also is active in the community as a youth basketball coach and volunteer for Special Olympics.

Paul M. McPheeters, CFA
Managing Director
Paul McPheeters is the manager of the Energy Master Limited Partnership (MLP) Strategy and co-manager for Atlantic Trust's Disciplined Equity strategy. Paul played a key role in developing the investment strategy for both offerings. He has 14 years of industry experience and spent almost three years as the co-manager of the Atlantic Trust's Large-Cap Growth Portfolio before the inception of the MLP and Disciplined Equity strategies in 2003. Paul's other investment experience at Atlantic Trust includes providing research and analysis on the energy, telecommunications, and media sectors. Additionally, Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1997, he was a senior analyst in the valuation services group's energy practice at Price Waterhouse, LLP, performing business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, tax strategies, privatizations and various legal purposes. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
