Patricia A. Bannan, CFA
Managing Director
Patricia Bannan is a senior portfolio manager and an Invesco director responsible for co-managing the Large Core Growth portfolio. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 2007, Patricia was with Evergreen Investments, where she managed large core portfolios for the mutual fund and wealth channels and was head of the large cap core growth team. She began her career in 1982 at Phoenix Investment Counsel, where she served in analytical, portfolio management, and leadership roles. Her experience has been centered on the analysis and portfolio management of large cap quality companies serving the mutual fund, institutional, and wealth management arenas. She has also held senior portfolio management positions at Prudential Investments and CGU Investments. Patricia graduated from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an economics concentration. In addition, she holds the CFA® designation.

Kimberly A. Benjaminsen
Senior Vice President
Kimberly is a relationship manager and an Invesco director with over 16 years of experience in the trust and investment management industry. In this role, her primary focus is on providing comprehensive client service and fiduciary oversight of personal accounts, foundations, and trusts. In addition, Kimberly supports several senior relationship managers on some of our more complex family relationships. Kimberly began her career at State Street Bank & Trust Company, where she was a trust officer and portfolio manager. In this role, she was responsible for the investment management and trust administration for investment management accounts, trusts and IRA accounts. Most recently, Kimberly was an associate vice president at Eastern Bank & Trust Company. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and is a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College. She is currently enrolled in the College for Financial Planning and is pursuing the Certified Financial Planner designation. Kimberly is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, where she serves on the membership committee.

Edward C. Bunn (Ted)
Managing Director
Ted Bunn is a relationship manager and an Invesco director in the Boston office. In this role, his primary focus is comprehensive client service and fiduciary oversight of individual trusts, foundations, and endowments. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Ted served as head of the personal trust administration group at Scudder Trust Company. He began his career as a trust officer and associate trust counsel at State Street Bank and Trust Company. He graduated with honors from Connecticut State University and earned a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.

Sharon E. Cohen, CFP®
Managing Director
Sharon Cohen joined the firm in 1993 and is a senior client relationship manager and an Invesco director. In this capacity, Sharon advises clients on topics ranging from portfolio asset allocation to the coordination of sophisticated estate and charitable planning strategies with investment objectives. She works closely with each client’s outside advisors and oversees the allocation to, and review of, third-party managers as well. Sharon is a CFP™ professional and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. She also serves on the advisory board to the Commonwealth Institute. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a master’s degree in taxation from Villanova University Law School, Sharon began her career as a financial analyst with Wilmington Trust Company in Wilmington, Delaware.

James A. Cosentino, CFA
Senior Vice President
Jamie Cosentino is an investment analyst focusing on the financial services industry. He also is an Invesco director. Prior to joining the investment team in 1999, Jamie was a member of Atlantic Trust’s Client Strategies Group, where he served as a strategic analyst focusing on various wealth management issues, including asset allocation, portfolio modeling, and estate planning. Jamie’s experience in the field of financial planning complements his ability to perform in-depth analytical investment research. Jamie graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in finance and also holds the CFA® designation.

Alan Fields
Managing Director
Alan Fields is a senior portfolio and client relationship manager responsible for helping individuals, families, foundations, and endowments define their financial and investment goals and implement strategies to reach them. He is an Invesco senior director and a member of the Invesco Leadership Group. Most recently, Alan served as chairman of the private client group at Harbor Capital Management, a company he founded in 1979. Previously, he served as an officer and portfolio manager with Phoenix Investment Counsel of Boston. Prior to joining Phoenix, Alan was a portfolio manager with Hornblower Asset Management. He began his career as a research analyst with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Alan is an active member of the Boston Community, where he is director of the Josiah W. Hayden Recreational Centre, trustee of the Town of Lexington Retirement Fund, and chairman of the trustees of Public Trusts in Lexington. Additionally, Alan is a member of the Boston Committee on Foreign Relations and serves on the investment committees of Wellesley College, the Combined Jewish Philanthropies and the Town of Lexington Pension Fund. Alan also is a member of Atlantic Trust’s Asset Allocation Committee, as well as the firm’s Multi-Manager Investment Team. He received a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he currently serves as a director of the UNC-Chapel Hill Center for Jewish Studies and member of the Board of Visitors.

Lizabeth P. Fisher
Senior Vice President
Lizabeth P. Fisher is a client relationship manager in Atlantic Trust Boston office with 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is responsible for every aspect of the clients wealth management experience from business development, trust administration, and portfolio management to estate and financial planning. Lizabeth has also served as a member of Atlantic Trust’s Multi-Manager Investment Team, and is a Invesco director. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Babson College in Wellesley, a Master of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University.

Martina A. R. Frangis
Senior Vice President
Martina Frangis is a relationship manager and Invesco director with nine years of trust administration and fiduciary experience. She is responsible for oversight and fiduciary administration of a book of client accounts. In addition, she supports several managing directors on some of our most complex family relationships. She also sits on the firm’s Trust Committee, a group charged with reviewing the actions of the local trust committees regarding asset reviews in discretionary accounts and the actions of the Trust Discretionary Committee. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Martina served as an assistant vice president at Citizens Bank, where she managed investment accounts and trusts and chaired the banks tri-state discretionary distribution committee. Martina began her career at Fleet Bank, where she specialized in the termination of irrevocable trusts and related probate matters. Martina earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude at Salve Regina University and a Juris Doctorate at Roger Williams University School of Law.

Lisa M. Garcia
Managing Director
Lisa is the chief risk officer and director of administration for Atlantic Trust, as well as an Invesco senior director and a member of the Invesco Leadership Group. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Lisa is responsible for the organization’s risk management function and centralized oversight of client service activities. Previously, she was ATC’s director of tax and a member of the fiduciary services team. Prior to joining ATC, Lisa served as manager of client services at Loring, Wolcott, & Coolidge, where she was charged with enhancing the firm’s infrastructure and was responsible for the daily management of the trust administration and gift teams. Previously, Lisa was a principal in the charitable gifts office of State Street Global Advisors and served in various capacities at Mellon Private Wealth Management, including as a vice president and manager of the fiduciary tax department and team leader for the planned giving and wholesale trust departments. Lisa is also a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Manhattan College and both a Master of Science in taxation and Master of Business Administration in business ethics with distinction from Bentley College.

Kimberly D. Gluck, CFA
Senior Vice President
Kim Gluck serves as a senior relationship manager and an Invesco director, bringing over 20 years of portfolio management and client relationship management experience to our firm. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 2005, Kim held various positions during her ten years at State Street Global Advisors, including senior portfolio manager and product engineer. Kim was instrumental in the development of the large cap socially responsible equity strategy and also helped to launch State Street Global Advisors’ first environmentally aware equity strategy. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts in economics with honors from Middlebury College and spent her junior year abroad studying at the London School of Economics. She holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA® Institute. Kim is actively involved in the community, serving as a trustee and assistant treasurer of Mount Auburn Cemetery, a member of the investment committee of the United Methodist Foundation of New England, and a member of the investment and pastoral relations committees for the Second Church of Newton.

Mark R Gudaitis, CFA®

Mark is a senior relationship manager who works closely with other members of our client service team, building client relationships as a trusted advisor. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 2008, Mark was most recently with Gannett Welsh & Kotler, LLC, where he was responsible for building and managing the firm’s private client business along with three other professionals, including the CEO. In addition, Mark held key positions as co-manager of the GW&K Dividend Plus Strategy and as a member of GW&K's investment committee and executive committee. Prior to joining GW&K in 2000, Mark held analytical positions with Scudder Kemper Investments, worked actively within the private client and institutional business as an investment consultant, and started his career with Boston Financial & Equity Corporation as a credit analyst. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Boston College and has earned the CFA® designation.

Stephen Harris
Associate Vice President
Stephen Harris is an associate vice president and trust compliance officer, assisting in the implementation of our compliance monitoring program, specifically identifying and evaluating compliance risks through the execution of testing and monitoring procedures. Steve joined Atlantic Trust from RSM McGladrey, Inc., where he was a senior associate, specializing in risk management and internal audit, leading reviews of trust administration, trust operations, and investment management. Prior to this, Steve was a senior staff auditor in personal financial services for Northern Trust Company in Chicago. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. He is also a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS), having completed a three-year course and examination program through Cannon Financial Institute.

Barry L. Hilliard, CFA
Vice President
Barry Hilliard is an equity analyst responsible for providing in-depth research and analysis on the energy sector. Additionally, Barry is the co-manager of the Energy Master Limited Partnership (MLP) portfolio. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, he held equity analyst positions at Middleton & Company and Rockland Trust Investment Management, where he focused on the energy, consumer, and industrial sectors. Previously, Barry was a project engineer with the flow control division of Dresser (Halliburton), where he led teams designing control valves and accessories for petroleum and chemical applications. Barry earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical/aerospace engineering with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his Master of Business Administration from Babson College. He also holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Evan Jaysane-Darr
Vice President
Evan Jaysane-Darr is a vice president in the Multi-Manager Investment Program. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, private equity and real estate manager due diligence and evaluation, in addition to monitoring approved manager performance and analysis of those illiquid markets. Evan joined Atlantic Trust in the client strategies group, where he was responsible for client reporting and analysis. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University and is a Level II candidate in the CFA® program.

Christopher J. Lanouette, CFA
Senior Vice President
Chris is a fixed income portfolio manager and trader responsible for the analysis, trading and management of Atlantic Trust portfolios. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, he was a portfolio manager and fixed income trader at Congress Asset Management in Boston, where he was responsible for the implementation and execution of investment decisions for institutional and high-net-worth portfolios. In addition, he was a member of the firm’s investment policy committee, responsible for the firm’s fixed income asset allocation, including tactical and strategic investment decisions. Chris graduated from Hartwick College with a Bachelor of Arts in management and accounting. Additionally, Chris holds the CFA® designation.

Robert H. Leonard, Jr.
Senior Vice President
Robert Leonard is a relationship manager and an Invesco director in the Boston office with more than 20 years of trust, banking, and investment experience. He works with many families, individuals, and institutions helping his clients to meet their fiduciary and investment goals. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Robert was a relationship manager at State Street Bank and Eastern Bank & Trust. He is active in several local community groups. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from New Hampshire College and is a graduate of the ABA National Trust School. He is currently pursuing the CFP certification at Northeastern University’s CFP program.

V. Paul Lisanke, CAIA
Vice President
Paul Lisanke is a Relationship Manager in Atlantic Trust’s Boston office. As a Relationship Manager, Paul assists clients in achieving their investment goals through the analysis, design and implementation of customized portfolio strategies. In addition, Paul also serves as the Multi-Manager Liaison in for Atlantic Trust. In this position, Paul works directly with Relationship Managers throughout the firm on portfolio construction and investment manager selection. Paul began his career at J.P. Morgan where he served as a Relationship Officer in the Private Banking Department. In this role he was responsible for the daily management of accounts for high-net worth individuals and corporations. As an Associate with Bear Stearns, he was responsible for risk management of concentrated equity positions, and for presenting the firm’s private equity deal flow and alternative investments to individual and institutional investors. He earned a BA in English and an MBA in Finance at Boston College. Additionally, Paul also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, and is a founding member of the Boston Alternative Investment Analysts Association.

Hillary R. McNeill
Managing Director
As head of Equity Trading, Hillary McNeill is responsible for all trading for Atlantic Trust equities and convertible bond portfolios. She is an Invesco senior director and a member of the Invesco Leadership Group. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, she served as registered representative for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrettes Corporate Services Group. In this role, she was responsible for executing orders for high-net-worth clients and money managers, preparing legal opinions for legal counsel, and working directly with clients on their requests and inquiries. Before joining DLJ, Hillary served as a customer service coordinator at Bidwell & Company, handling all new accounts and trading. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University. Additionally, Hillary is a member of the Boston Securities Traders Association, board member/treasurer of the MORE Foundation, and a board member of the Friends of the Astoria Column in Astoria, Oregon.

Joanne Papangelis, CFP®
Associate Vice President
Joanne is a senior client service manager responsible for managing client portfolios and implementing strategies designed to assist clients in reaching their financial goals. She also serves as a technical resource for many of our senior relationship managers. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1999, she worked at Putnam Investments as a senior performance analyst in the offshore/international performance and analytics group and as a senior compliance analyst for the retail and institutional funds. After graduating from Regis College with a Bachelor of Arts in management and a minor in communications, she started her career in the financial services field at Mellon Bank in the institutional accounting division. Joanne is a CFPTM professional and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Jigar Patel, CFA
Associate Vice President
Jigar Patel is an analyst responsible for hedge fund and private equity due diligence within the Multi-Manager Alternatives Team. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Jigar worked as a research analyst for Asset Alliance, a $3.2B hedge fund of funds, analyzing hedge fund strategies. He also assisted the head of research in portfolio construction and hedge fund manager due diligence. Prior to Asset Alliance, Jigar worked for Bank of America as an analyst in their interest rate derivatives group. Jigar started his career as an institutional program trader employing quantitative strategies at Bank of New Yorks QETG trading desk. Jigar earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Rutgers University, a Master of Science in financial engineering with honors from Polytechnic University, and holds the CFA® designation.

Jay Pearlstein, CFA
Managing Director
Jay Pearlstein is a senior portfolio and client relationship manager responsible for providing in-depth analytical equity research on a number of industries, including retail and consumer products. Jay is also co-manager of the firm’s Mid-Cap Growth Portfolio, and he serves as an Invesco senior director and a member of the Invesco Leadership Group. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1996, Jay was vice president of the equity research department and a member of the investment policy committee at Loomis, Sayles & Co. Previously, he was a senior auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. Jay’s background gives him insight into the compilation of financial data and aids him in his analysis of mid-size companies. Jay currently serves on the executive board of Temple Israel of Natick. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with high honors in accounting from Michigan State University and received the Board of Trustees’ Award for graduating first in his class. He also earned an Master of Business Administration with distinction from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. Jay earned the CFA® and Certified Public Accountant designations.

Gary E. Pzegeo, CFA

Gary Pzegeo joined Atlantic Trust in 2007 as Head of the Fixed Income Team, where he focuses on portfolio management, trading, policy formulation, and client service. He also serves as an Invesco director. Gary began his career at Evergreen Investments in 1990, functioning as managing director and head of the investment grade bond team performing portfolio management, credit and securitized market analysis, and taxable and municipal cash management. Subsequently, he was with Gannett, Welsh & Kotler as a vice president, portfolio manager and head of taxable bonds, where he created and implemented a disciplined investment process, credit and account analysis tools, and developed customized fixed income products for the high-net-worth client base. Gary joins Atlantic Trust from recurrent employment at Evergreen Investments, where he functioned as senior portfolio specialist and senior portfolio manager of high yield bonds, where he was responsible for developing macro portfolio themes and enhancing the risk management and security selection process for high yield, and multi-sector fixed income disciplines while providing sales and client service support. Gary earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance from the University of Massachusetts. In addition, he holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the CFA® Institute.

Sidney Queler
Managing Director
Sid Queler is a senior client development professional and an Invesco director, leading the business development, marketing, and public relations initiatives for Atlantic Trust’s Boston office. Sid has more than 18 years of experience in meeting the investment management, trust, and estate needs of high-net-worth families. Before joining Atlantic Trust in 2004, Sid served as a regional business consultant for Curian Capital, director of business development for the Capital Management Group at Avatar Associates, a division dedicated to high-net-worth individuals, institutions and their financial professionals, and national sales and marketing manager at BTS Asset Management. Sid serves on the board of overseers for the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is a member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra Partners Committee. Sid is also a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Elmira College.

Bryan G. Reilly
Senior Vice President
Bryan is an equity analyst focusing on mid-cap equities. Prior to joining equity research, Bryan was a member of the Multi-Manager Program at Atlantic Trust. There he was responsible for evaluating and selecting non-proprietary, long-only, domestic and international equity managers across market capitalization and style categories. He joined the firm in 2003. Prior to joining, Bryan was a principal and research analyst at State Street Global Advisors in the Advisor Strategies Group. In that role, Bryan provided investment support for the firm’s ETF, mutual fund, and separate account strategies in addition to conducting investment & capital markets research. Prior to this, Bryan worked in that firm’s Global Asset Allocation group which managed approximately $18 billion for institutional pension, foundation, and endowment clients. Bryan received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bryant College and a dual Master in Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance degree from Northeastern University.

Eric S. Riak, CFP®
Managing Director
Eric Riak is a client relationship manager and an Invesco director, focusing on clients that require complex tax and investment strategies.  He works closely with clients’ outside advisors and oversees the overall asset allocation and customized reporting of portfolios. Eric is also a member of the firm’s Multi-Manager Investment Team, which reviews and approves long-only and alternative asset class managers used in client portfolios. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1998, Eric was a senior accountant in Executive Monetary Management’s tax consulting group. He started his career in Arthur Andersen’s personal financial planning group. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Washington University. He holds the Certified Public Accountant designation and CFP™ certification. Eric is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, and the Financial Planning Association.

Thomas N. Riley, CFA
Managing Director
Tom Riley is a senior portfolio and client relationship manager providing comprehensive investment and wealth planning expertise for families and individuals.  As director of client services, Tom is responsible for the leadership and coordination of the client service teams within Atlantic Trust Boston office. He also is an Invesco senior director and a member of the Invesco Leadership Group. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1993, Tom was a global equity analyst for Scudder, Stevens & Clark, providing in-depth fundamental equity research across a broad range of industries and supporting multiple investment disciplines. Tom is a member of the board of trustees of Babson College as well as a member of the board of trustees for the Cambridge School of Weston, where he serves as treasurer. Tom also serves as a director of the Chaffin Fund, an educational foundation that provides need-based scholarships for college tuition assistance. Tom's professional memberships include the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. He is involved with numerous community organizations. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration with honors from Babson College and holds the CFA® designation.

Douglas L. Rogers, CFA
Managing Director
Doug Rogers is co-manager of the firms equity income portfolio, which he has managed since inception, and also serves as an Invesco director. In addition, Doug’s research coverage includes real estate investment trusts (REITs), quantitative research and performance analysis. He has been a member of the firm’s Asset Allocation Committee since its inception in 1999 and develops asset allocation strategies and analysis for the firm. Doug’s prior portfolio management experience comes from co-managing the firm’s Convertible Securities Portfolio from 2001 to 2003. Before joining Atlantic Trust in 1998, Doug was a performance analyst at the Private Bank of Boston, where he was responsible for performance measurement of institutional accounts, creating a screening process for outside managers and running case-by-case asset allocation optimization. Today, Doug uses these skills to analyze and monitor the portfolios risk/return relationship, perform quantitative market studies, and run performance attribution. He holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. Doug graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in finance.

Edward I. Rudman
Retired Senior Partner
Ed Rudman was co-founder and chairman of Pell Rudman prior to its acquisition by Invesco in 2001, when he was named senior partner and the firm was renamed Atlantic Trust. Ed retired October 31, 2006, and still remains a close friend and advisor to the firm. Ed began his career practicing law in New York City, where he specialized in tax and employee benefit planning. After serving in a variety of Senior positions at Laird Capital Management and Estabrook Capital Management, Ed was named president and chief executive officer of the Boston Company Financial Strategies, Inc., a subsidiary of the Boston Company that catered to the needs of wealthy entrepreneurs. He founded Pell Rudman with Tony Pell in 1980, serving wealthy families as an overseer of clients’ investments, an advisor on the sale of family businesses and other illiquid assets, and an advisor on tax strategies and philanthropic activities. Ed is a Director of several corporations and a member of the Babson College Corp. He served as chairman of the board of trustees of Beth Israel Hospital, is now a member of the board of directors of CareGroup, Inc. and Give Kids the World Foundation. He is a trustee emeritus of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a trustee of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Ed received a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Judith Saxe
Managing Director
Judith Saxe is a managing director and a wealth strategist for the northeast region, responsible for working with relationship managers and their teams to develop integrated wealth management plans for clients. She also serves as an Invesco director. She joined Atlantic Trust’s Boston office from Ernst & Young LLP, where she was the New England area director of estate and business succession planning. Prior to this time, Judith was an estate planning attorney with the New York law firm Kronish, Lieb, Weiner & Hellman. Judith is a frequent lecturer on estate planning topics and has served as chair of numerous MCLE seminars, including Estate Planning Opportunities in a Volatile Market, Understanding Trusts, Foreign Trusts and International Estate Planning, and Estate Planning for Entrepreneurs of Emerging Businesses. Judith is a contributor to MCLE’s Practical Guide to Estate Planning in Massachusetts and Drafting Irrevocable Trusts. She is a member of the committee of professional advisors for the Boston Foundation, the executive committee of the Boston Estate Planning Council, and other professional and community organizations. Judith earned an Artium Baccalaureatus from Harvard University and a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law.

Michele M. Serrao, CFA
Managing Director
Michele Serrao is director of the firm’s Multi-Manager Investment Program and serves as an Invesco senior director and a member of the Invesco Leadership Group. The MMIP is an open architecture investment solution offering non-proprietary investment management from traditional equity classes and alternative investments. Michele chairs the Multi-Manager Investment Committee and is a member of the firm’s Asset Allocation Committee. She leads the firm’s Alternative Investment Group, which sources, evaluates, and monitors private equity investments, hedge fund strategies, and private real estate investments. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1999, Michele was an investment associate for Cobey, Jacobson & Gordon. Previously, Michele was project manager for telecommunications networking at Cayman Systems. Michele is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, from Potsdam College with dual majors and honors in mathematics and computer science, and a Master of Business Administration in finance with high honors from Boston University. Michele also holds the CFA® designation.

Bas Solleveld
Senior Associate
Bas Solleveld is a junior analyst for the Multi Manager Investment Program and works with both the alternative investments and traditional equities groups. In this role, he is responsible for monthly performance reporting on approved managers and also assists in the due diligence process on alternatives and traditional long-only managers. Jeffrey S. Thomas, CFA
Chief Investment Officer
As chief investment officer, Jeff Thomas oversees investment strategy and asset allocation for all client portfolios. He is an Invesco managing director and a member of the Invesco Leadership Group. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, Jeff held senior positions at Scudder, Stevens & Clark, and New England Merchants Bank. He began his career as an Investment Officer at The Northern Trust Company. Jeff is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, a past member of the Bank Analysts Association of Boston, and former president of the Boston Media Analysts Group. He has served as trustee and chairman of the Finance Committee of Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and is currently a director of the Newton-Wellesley Hospital Charitable Foundation. He was also a board member for The Winsor School and is a member of the board of the Handel and Haydn Society. Jeff graduated from Miami University, earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Chicago, and holds the CFA® designation.

Catherine A. Toner, CFP®

As a relationship manager, Catherine Toner is responsible for the analysis, trading, and implementation of all aspects of portfolio management and investment policy. Before joining Atlantic Trust in 1998, Catherine worked for Mellon Private Asset Management, where she provided a broad range of wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Additionally, she is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Boston Estate Planning Council, and the Boston Security Analyst Society. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College and holds the CFP™ certification.

Lynn D. Trimby, CFA
Managing Director
Lynn Trimby is senior relationship manager and an Invesco director with nearly 30 years of experience assisting high-net-worth families and non-profit organizations to achieve their financial and wealth management objectives. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1998, she provided investment services and financial solutions to families and non-profit organizations at BankBoston’s Private Bank, at Bank of New England, and at Wellington Management Company. Lynn holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, the CFA® Institute, and the Boston Estate Planning Council. She is active in the community, serving as the chair of the investment committee of the Massachusetts Council of Churches, a member of the board of directors of Helping Hands: Monkey Helpers for the Disabled, and treasurer and trustee of the East Sudbury Ministerial Fund at First Parish in Wayland. Lynn earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her graduate degree in finance with honors from Boston University.

Faith Y. Tsao, CFA
Managing Director
Faith Tsao is the director of traditional external investments with the firm’s Multi-Manager Investment Program and is an Invesco director. She is responsible for evaluating and selecting non-proprietary, long-only, domestic and international equity managers across market capitalization and style categories. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Faith served as a senior analyst with Strategic Advisers Inc. of Fidelity Investments, where she was responsible for providing comprehensive ongoing research and investment recommendations for both proprietary and non-proprietary mutual funds. Previously, Faith served as a fund analyst with Fidelity Management and Research Company where she provided senior management as well as institutional and retail clients with detailed analytics and reporting on financial markets, portfolio performance, and investment strategies of proprietary funds. She began her career in the financial services industry as an associate with PanAgora Asset Management. Faith is currently a member of the CFA® Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society (BSAS). She earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Wellesley College and an Master of Business Administration from Boston University Graduate School of Management, both with honors. Additionally, she holds the CFA® designation.

Frederick L. Weiss, CFA
Managing Director
Fred Weiss is a senior investment professional and leads the research efforts of the firm’s investment team. Fred is also co-manager of the firm’s Large-Cap Growth, Mid-Cap Growth, and Atlantic Whitehall Growth portfolios. He is responsible for researching the technology and health care sectors of the market. Additionally, Fred is an Invesco senior director and a member of the Invesco Leadership Group. He came to Atlantic Trust in 1989 from Adams, Harkness & Hill, where he was a vice president and senior analyst covering the technology and health care sectors. Fred has been recognized for his work by Institutional Investor Magazine in their rating of national buy-side research professionals. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and of the Healthcare, Technology, and Chemicals Analysts Societies. Fred is also a member of the DeCordova Museum’s Business Council and serves on the board of trustees at the Cambridge School of Weston. Fred’s involvement in the investment community complements his extensive experience in securities analysis and research. He earned an Artium Baccalaureatus magna cum laude from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration with honors from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.
